An unexpectedly hard shot by Justus Lintorf in the 16th minute of play forced Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Astor Odon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When C. A. Pipon Pipon's Justus Lintorf, in the 17th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Pipon Pipon. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Bryson in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Jannes Ruttens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cesario Irazu hit a great ball. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Bryson in the 25th minute of play. Jannes Ruttens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Milian in the 26th minute of play. Astor Odon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justus Lintorf in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute Nicky Bryson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Odon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's corner Alexandre Santana fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jannes Ruttens quite easily take care of the ball. Jannes Ruttens came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Everardo Milian. But to his dismay, Everardo Milian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Al Whatley was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Pipon Pipon's players had a chance to rest. The corner led C. A. Pipon Pipon's Al Whatley to fire away a dangerous shot which Astor Odon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Milian in the 60th minute of play forced C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Jannes Ruttens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mark Vennerlund during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jannes Ruttens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
