After taking down the ball on Clapham Comets F.C.'s corner Cumhur Tanacan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Remo de Senna quite easily take care of the ball. Cícero Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Lee Kerr made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barrie Newell in the 26th minute of play forced Xipoko's goalkeeper Remo de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Xipoko's goal looked a bit too open when Paijo Prima came free, but Remo de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
