After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Jan-Ove Dahlman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gnaget AIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Ove Dahlman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martyon Diehl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viktor Kjellman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Qi Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 23 minutes of play, Gnaget AIK's Stig-Åke Wall made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martyon Diehl was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute, Jonathan Willetts made a precise shot to the right of Viktor Kjellman. Gnaget AIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peng Qi Chong in the 30th managed to get into a good position. Martyon Diehl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urbano Roldanillo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After the first half Astreix&ObelixSoccer were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig-Åke Wall to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Ove Caspersson during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peng Qi Chong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gnaget AIK's Axel Biörk was substituted for Jens-Ove Caspersson. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Ove Dahlman in the 73rd minute of play. 박 태 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Viktor Kjellman made a huge save. Jerry Boklund went to the cornerflag to take it. 90 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's 박 태 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viktor Kjellman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Viktor Kjellman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Willetts in the 96th minute of play. The corner ended in Sacha Lilley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gnaget AIK's Viktor Kjellman did a great save.
