In the 6th minute Cumhur Tanacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Ching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ulysses Madureira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Afiz Ching was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Bolivar booed when Clapham Comets F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulysses Madureira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afiz Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cumhur Tanacan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lee Kerr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Senijad Ibričić in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Senijad Ibričić in the 31st minute of play forced Clapham Comets F.C.'s goalkeeper Lee Kerr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamid Merah-Benida got free with Lee Kerr in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th match minute, Bolivar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamid Merah-Benida to maneuver through the defense.
