But to his dismay, Lars Sundström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fauna Utd's Lorenzo Garaona was substituted for Karel Cromefeldt. When FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fauna Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Yuri Portugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaaddin Solskjær having to interfere. Yuri Portugal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Alaaddin Solskjær made a huge save. Alaaddin Solskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Portugal in the 38th minute of play. With his leg Alaaddin Solskjær managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Fauna Utd's Yuri Portugal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 46th minute, Lars Sundström made a precise shot to the right of Radamel Hendrickx. Fauna Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yuri Portugal made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Fauna Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Yin Yun Fan came free, but Radamel Hendrickx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Åström during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jörgen Levander got free with Radamel Hendrickx in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fauna Utd's Radamel Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 75th minute of play. Fredric Hybbert's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Radamel Hendrickx firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Yuri Portugal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fauna Utd's Unai Sócrates was substituted for Yuri Portugal. Alaaddin Solskjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unai Sócrates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Kurdistan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
