Aurel Crivoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Törnblom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Hugo in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goalkeeper Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Hugo. 22 minutes into the game, FFC Merainies 03's Ksawery Gongola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurel Crivoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 24th minute, Izaak Spijker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Craandijk in the 28th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Aurel Crivoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Hector Hugo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu to make any attempt to save it. Hector Hugo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after FFC Merainies 03's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marius Neset took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oskar Törnblom made a kick off. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Hugo in the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oskar Törnblom got free with Aurel Crivoi in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Hugo in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Hector Hugo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. The supporters of FFC Merainies 03 booed when Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Neset didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Fabio Botello in the 71st minute really tested Aurel Crivoi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
