Froilan Magdaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Jarilla AFC defense, Ismael Cabezon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Tello. The Jarilla AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Tello should have stopped the shot. Jarilla AFC's Amador Tello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Fontecilla in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Logroño's Samuel Falguera got control of the ball when Florencio Henric tried to sneak it across the goal line.
