Jorge Bojarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garcia Jado in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Niedzwiecki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garcia Jado in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Niedzwiecki saved Fc Ulani from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnoldo Bazquez during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Fc Ulani booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Bazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 minutes, Urritz Hurtaran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astillero del Guayas and the Fc Ulani players grew even worse after the yellow card. Astillero del Guayas's Chucho Dean proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Astillero del Guayas from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Kapinos in the 53rd minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Chucho Dean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernard Niedzwiecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paiva Escabi in the 55th minute of the match. When Paiva Escabi came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Astillero del Guayas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paiva Escabi couldn't finish the play. When Tolek Gabis fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Ulani's protests and gave Tolek Gabis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, Fc Ulani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Gabis to maneuver through the defense. Fc Ulani's Bernard Niedzwiecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paiva Escabi in the 61st minute of play. In the 67th minute, Wincent Osikowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Paiva Escabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astillero del Guayas's supporters rose to their feet, but Paiva Escabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Niedzwiecki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernard Niedzwiecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Bojarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Jorge Bojarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernard Niedzwiecki was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 81 minutes of play, Astillero del Guayas's Paiva Escabi made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernard Niedzwiecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Fc Ulani's zone, Jorge Bojarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernard Niedzwiecki came out of the goal and Jorge Bojarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paiva Escabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Niedzwiecki having to interfere. When Jorge Bojarte came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Astillero del Guayas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Bojarte couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Fc Ulani's goal looked a bit too open when Paiva Escabi came free, but Bernard Niedzwiecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ximun Tocos hit a great ball.
