The audience thought a goal was coming when Olgierd Szkaradek got free with Cornelio Villegas in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Gizynski in the 6th minute of play forced Cavaliers FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Villegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Sebastián Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Golaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastián Villa scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ryszard Golaszewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ryszard Golaszewski came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastián Villa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 84th minute. Cornelio Villegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawid Szotek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Piast Leszczyny supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cavaliers FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cavaliers FC.
