Spectators: 487 (Terracing: 366, Seating: 112, VIP seats: 9) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jakub Lukowski started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Zdeněk Nesládek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Otomar Plíva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Paciuszko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Thunderstorm Riders's Remigiusz Kasprzak got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otomar Plíva in the 11th minute of play forced Thunderstorm Riders's goalkeeper Cyprian Paciuszko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojciech Jajecznicas short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Jarmil Bůžek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 23rd minute of the match, Wojciech Jajecznica tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jarmil Bůžek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 29 minutes into the match, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's goalkeeper Jarmil Bůžek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Draš Tič. Cyprian Paciuszko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Oláh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Draš Tič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarmil Bůžek having to interfere. Cyprian Paciuszko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otomar Plíva, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Cyprian Paciuszko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otomar Plíva in the 40th minute of the match. SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Jarmil Bůžek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Lukowski in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 played minutes Remigiusz Kasprzak rounded SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Otomar Plíva to make the kick off. Zdeněk Nesládek hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Jarmil Bůžek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 70th minute Leonard Pochorylo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarmil Bůžek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyprian Paciuszko was a little too slow when Otomar Plíva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 2-1. 80 minutes into the game, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Zdeněk Nesládek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cyprian Paciuszko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Jarmil Bůžek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Pochorylo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Cyprian Paciuszko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdeněk Nesládek in the 95th minute of play. The referee's whistle sounded for the end of the second half. The match was tied at 2-2. None of the players looked happy at the prospect of extra-time.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Jakub Lukowski made the kick off and play began. Piotr Redisz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarmil Bůžek made a fantastic save in the 100th minute, when Draš Tič sent off a good shot on target. 102 minutes into the match, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Kasprzak came free, but Jarmil Bůžek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyprian Paciuszko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdeněk Nesládek, who was totally free with the ball in the 112th minute. The first half of extra-time was a real thriller. Both teams had created chances, but they were still tied when the whistle blew. The players were able to take a short breather during the short break.

Everyone could clearly see that both SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's and Thunderstorm Riders's players was becoming tired in their legs when SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Otomar Plíva did the kick off in the second half of the overtime. Iker Inge hit a great freekick 119 minutes into the match. Leonard Pochorylo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 121st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarmil Bůžek having to interfere. After 124 played minutes Thunderstorm Riders got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Adamczak.

A hard and well directed shot from Trifon Ivanov led 134 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Thunderstorm Riders's Cyprian Paciuszko became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 2-3. In the 137th minute there was a penalty for SK Slavoj Vyšehrad. Bruno Horálek stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cyprian Paciuszko. 3-4. In the 144th minute there was a penalty for SK Slavoj Vyšehrad. Alfons Öberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cyprian Paciuszko. 5-5. Jarmil Bůžek had in the 145thth minute some difficulties stopping Dariusz Adamczak's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 147th minute there was a penalty for Thunderstorm Riders. Leonard Tworek stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jarmil Bůžek. 6-5. In the game's 150th minute Thunderstorm Riders's Cyprian Paciuszko took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Jarmil Bůžek and thus the score was 7-6. The referee gave Thunderstorm Riders a penalty, 152 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wieslaw Bury, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Jarmil Bůžek. 8-7. The referee gave SK Slavoj Vyšehrad a penalty, 154 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marek Oláh, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Thunderstorm Riders's Cyprian Paciuszko. 8-8. The penalty shot was made by Wlodzimierz Czech, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Jarmil Bůžek. 9-8. Thunderstorm Riders:s Jarmil Bůžek showed great skill when he stopped Alexander Částek:s penalty. Alexander Částek shot a long shot in the 156th minute and a light blocked Cyprian Paciuszko hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 9-9. In the 158th minute there was a penalty for Thunderstorm Riders. Krzysztof Ratajczyk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jarmil Bůžek. 10-9. A hard and well directed shot from Michal Hoskovec led 159 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Thunderstorm Riders's Cyprian Paciuszko became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 10-10. In the 160th minute there was a penalty for Thunderstorm Riders. Jakub Lukowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jarmil Bůžek. 11-10. Jarmil Bůžek had in the 163rdth minute some difficulties stopping Draš Tič's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The Thunderstorm Riders manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing SK Slavoj Vyšehrad to win.
