Vlad Agusoaei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Sören Malmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Big Saver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bogdanović in the 29th minute of play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Bogdanović in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sanderson Cabeleira in the 32nd minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 played minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Viorel Bungescu. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Petrică Dragu made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petrică Dragu in the 52nd minute of play forced Club 23's goalkeeper Sören Malmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Big Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogdan Bogdanović in the 57th minute of the match. Big Saver showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was Club 23's Cássio Dracena that got to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Sanderson Cabeleira got a free kick in the 99th minute. The -BZF- Barca de Buzau supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club 23's performance. The match ended with a win for Club 23.
