After 12 played minutes Stakbröte got a freekick which was hit by Ruslan Bumbac. When Stakbröte's Tage Eklund in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VC zoetwater's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Văn 吕布 in the 21st minute of play forced VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Gong Ying Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by VC zoetwater's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Villarreal Laranga was slow to take the kick. During this time Stakbröte's players had a chance to rest. Stakbröte's Villarreal Laranga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gong Ying Zheng in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 31st minute, İbrahim Efe Akarsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VC zoetwater fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Gong Ying Zheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Văn 吕布 in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute Stakbröte were awarded a corner. Villarreal Laranga went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Villarreal Laranga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gong Ying Zheng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 45th minute Văn 吕布 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gong Ying Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Stakbröte's goalkeeper Bai Jian Ao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İbrahim Efe Akarsu.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Sharkin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bai Jian Ao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İbrahim Efe Akarsu in the 51st minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Bo to maneuver through the defense. Gong Ying Zheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Villarreal Laranga in the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of VC zoetwater booed when Stakbröte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Sundström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gong Ying Zheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Ruslan Bumbac put in a rough tackle. Bai Jian Ao had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping İbrahim Efe Akarsu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Sverker Hydén made the kick off and play began. In the 107th minute Villarreal Laranga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gong Ying Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bai Jian Ao didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabien Pardons went, in the 109th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The VC zoetwater fans cheered their team off the field, for while Stakbröte had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
