Faustino Jerold made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Alfredo Mino in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lex Academy's Michal Jung. 20 minutes into the game, Kasper Larsfelt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabian Benvido. Kasper Larsfelt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 22 played minutes Lex Academy got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Vlk. Faustino Jerold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alois Horák, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Fabian Benvido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kasper Larsfelt in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Alois Horák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Benvido made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Kasper Larsfelt sent off a good shot on target. Spams's attentive Alfredo Mino managed to snatch the ball when Rudolf Loskot made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. Fabian Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Spams defense, Alois Horák kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustino Jerold. The Spams fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino Jerold should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Mino during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Spams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Mino to maneuver through the defense. Faustino Jerold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alois Horák in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alois Horák in the 47th minute of play forced Spams's goalkeeper Faustino Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Damián Pejchal hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute of the match Alfredo Mino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Benvido showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kasper Larsfelt in the 60th minute of play forced Lex Academy's goalkeeper Fabian Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spams's Kasper Larsfelt got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustino Jerold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alois Horák in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Alois Horák ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faustino Jerold was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Spams's Faustino Jerold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alois Horák in the 70th minute of play. Fabian Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Larsfelt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 minutes Lex Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfredo Mino who took care of the corner kick. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spams's goalkeeper Faustino Jerold, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Spams's goal looked a bit too open when Alois Horák came free, but Faustino Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Alois Horák took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Faustino Jerold to make any attempt to save it. Fabian Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Larsfelt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spams were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Lex Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfredo Mino took the corner. Spams's Alfredo Mino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fabian Benvido in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alois Horák scored 1-5 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustino Jerold, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabian Benvido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Larsfelt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lex Academy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
