In the 9th minute, Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octavio Lauaxeta. Octavio Lauaxeta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Nair Galarza struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Antoni Beninda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simbo FC. A nice corner shot did that Sergio Bertin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Octavio Lauaxeta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vila Zumbi's Gildo Seco has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 15th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Kang Fan Xiang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Antoni Beninda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Bibiano in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Maciej Marchlewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Marchlewicz in the 28th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Octavio Lauaxeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nair Galarza in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Honorato Bibiano got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Marchlewicz got free with Octavio Lauaxeta in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octavio Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 37th minute of the match. After 38 minutes Simbo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Fernando Schmidt who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Maciej Marchlewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavio Lauaxeta was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute, Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nair Galarza was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Maciej Marchlewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Octavio Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Maciej Marchlewicz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Simbo FC's Octavio Lauaxeta. Octavio Lauaxeta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot by Rogelio Gombal from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Antoni Beninda's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Vila Zumbi from getting a goal against them. Octavio Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Maciej Marchlewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vila Zumbi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lane Rhoades during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st minute Carlos Fernando Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Lauaxeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Kang Fan Xiang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 96 minutes Vila Zumbi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nair Galarza who took care of the corner kick.
Simbo FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
