After 5 minutes of play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Man Tas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils Elmhuus was left in no man's land by his defense there! 7 minutes into the game, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Man Tas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils Elmhuus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rostam Mansourian kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Ali Reza Abdi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Tobias Elizardo made a huge save. Remigiusz Gabis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Tobias Elizardo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigiusz Gabis in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Elizardo saved Sarmiento de Resistencia from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Man Tas in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils Elmhuus saved Red Army from getting behind. If Man Tas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Elizardo was a little too slow when Remigiusz Gabis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-3. Nils Elmhuus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Man Tas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soheil Mahdavikia in the 44th minute of play. Soheil Mahdavikia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Elizardo having to interfere. The Red Army players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sarmiento de Resistencia were winning 1-3.

Sarmiento de Resistencia's Alex Herrero was substituted for Man Tas. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remigiusz Gabis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Karimi in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Alex Herrero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils Elmhuus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Nils Elmhuus made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Alex Herrero sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute Ali Karimi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Red Army's goalkeeper Nils Elmhuus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Henning Martinsson. A collision led to Red Army getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ali Karimi hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Soheil Mahdavikia came free, but Tobias Elizardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Gabis in the 75th minute of play. Soheil Mahdavikia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Karimi in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red Army's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henning Martinsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Sarmiento de Resistencia's players had a chance to rest. Şafak Uysal was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Francis Sarmiento was substituted for Henning Martinsson. After having played for 85 minutes, Remigiusz Gabis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Army's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigiusz Gabis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Elizardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Karimi in the 86th minute of the match. Red Army's Nils Elmhuus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francis Sarmiento in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Soheil Mahdavikia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Red Army supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sarmiento de Resistencia's performance. The match ended with a win for Sarmiento de Resistencia.
