Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Burni in the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mira Pene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Olov Ahlbeck to fire away a dangerous shot which Mira Pene despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 13th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Chiuzbaian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Lucero in the 19th minute. 24 minutes in the game Taam 董卓 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ramon Burni. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Tomas Lucero sent off a good shot on target. After 28 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Cresitobalo. In the 30th minute, Zhao Sen Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Zhao Sen Yang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mira Pene read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Taam 董卓 made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Teo Cresitobalo. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhao Sen Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Taam 董卓 fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paso FC's protests and gave Taam 董卓 a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Taam 董卓 hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zhao Sen Yang to make the kick off. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attentive İlhami Akyazıcı managed to snatch the ball when Taam 董卓 made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 60th minute Ramon Burni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Chiuzbaian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Mugurel Pandele kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Lucero came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Lucero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Chiuzbaian having to make a save. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Rivas in the 78th minute of play. Denis Rivas spun around in front of the goal 79 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Rivas in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Paso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Cresitobalo to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Grau got free with Mira Pene in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Petre Iftode got a free kick in the 84th minute. Denis Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Paso FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s performance. The match ended with a win for Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-.
