I Dont CopyXML Tactics's Santo Marcos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 7th minute of play. Santo Marcos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Oliver Bierhoff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Marcos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The corner ended in José Luis Brown almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but I Dont CopyXML Tactics's Santo Marcos did a great save. Emílio Terra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Matías Patrone made a huge save. In the 24th match minute, I Dont CopyXML Tactics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Novaes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Los Delfines getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Raimundo Goyo hit a great ball. Los Delfines's attentive Raimundo Goyo managed to snatch the ball when Erasmo de Andrade made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. Oliver Bierhoff might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Marcos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oliver Bierhoff ran back to his position shaking his head. Santo Marcos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 35th minute of play. Matías Patrone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Echavarri in the 38th minute. Godofredo Echavarri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Matías Patrone made a huge save. Oliver Bierhoff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Santo Marcos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godofredo Echavarri struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Matías Patrone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for I Dont CopyXML Tactics. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Steinmetz to strike the kick off in the second half. Matías Patrone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Echavarri in the 54th minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Los Delfines got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Goyo. Matías Patrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Steinmetz, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Steinmetz in the 59th minute of play forced Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, I Dont CopyXML Tactics's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Bierhoff came free, but Santo Marcos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. I Dont CopyXML Tactics's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Oliver Bierhoff scored to the left of an out of position Santo Marcos, making the score, 0-1. The supporters of I Dont CopyXML Tactics booed when Los Delfines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. I Dont CopyXML Tactics made a substitution. Eliézer Sanches replaced Wilian Motta. I Dont CopyXML Tactics made a substitution. Natanael Fernandes replaced Emílio Terra. When Arquímedes Cesario got free in front of the goal in the 86th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Santo Marcos was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Arquímedes Cesario took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santo Marcos. Santo Marcos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Ambrosio Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Delfines had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
