Michal Betonowy made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Thiago Gol sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, Henk Zijden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Thiago Gol came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the SCs StarS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thiago Gol couldn't finish the play. SCs StarS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
