The corner led Maravilla's Reiner Sørrig to fire away a dangerous shot which Janne Oblak despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The LeicestersKickers fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when LeicestersKickers's Kiki Monginsidi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind LeicestersKickers's goalkeeper Janne Oblak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nemanja Vidić's late challenge caught a LeicestersKickers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemanja Vidić helped the player get up and apologised. Nemanja Vidić hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 79th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorino Txomin to maneuver through the defense. After 82 minutes LeicestersKickers's goalkeeper Janne Oblak managed, with a little bit of luck, save Cruz Credo's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. After 82 minutes of play, Maravilla's Cruz Credo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
