Hercule Couret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Treppa, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Magicos's Hercule Couret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Kochniarczyk in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute SKS Chmielowice were awarded a corner. Ilie Siteavu went to the cornerflag to take it. 8 minutes into the match, SKS Chmielowice's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Neiva came free, but Michal Betonowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hercule Couret was a little too slow when Edmund Kochniarczyk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 15th minute Edmund Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hercule Couret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hercule Couret made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Roland Treppa sent off a good shot on target. Oséas Neiva struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Michal Betonowy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magicos. With a little luck, Magicos's Hercule Couret got control of the ball when Roland Treppa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Jairo Rumaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Treppa came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hercule Couret could save by the left post. After having played for 28 minutes, Edmund Kochniarczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SKS Chmielowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Kochniarczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hercule Couret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilie Siteavu in the 30th minute. Magicos's Moises Vermudo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roland Treppa came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the SKS Chmielowice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roland Treppa couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Roland Treppa took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hercule Couret to make any attempt to save it. Edmund Kochniarczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hercule Couret read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Roland Treppa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hercule Couret firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 41 played minutes Magicos got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Todor. In the 42nd minute Edmund Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hercule Couret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilbert Chrobak during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in SKS Chmielowice's zone, Oséas Neiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Betonowy came out of the goal and Oséas Neiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Treppa to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmund Kochniarczyk in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hercule Couret prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, SKS Chmielowice's goal looked a bit too open when Panayot Kanevchev came free, but Michal Betonowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Magicos booed when SKS Chmielowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilbert Chrobak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hercule Couret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Treppa in the 67th minute of the match. Símon Ammann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hercule Couret read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Oséas Neiva came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Michal Betonowy could save by the left post. In the 85th minute Roland Treppa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hercule Couret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Oséas Neiva dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michal Betonowy, 3-1. After having played for 92 minutes, Roland Treppa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
