Erivaldo Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emīls Umbrass in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erivaldo Netto saved Öllsjö FC from getting behind. The Zecku fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Zecku's Emīls Umbrass looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zecku's Emīls Umbrass managed to work through Öllsjö FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Emīls Umbrass dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 25 minutes into the match, Öllsjö FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emīls Umbrass came free, but Erivaldo Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melchor Ceandro made in the 28th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Amadeo Pudes. In the 46th match minute, Zecku was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emīls Umbrass to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Zecku were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zecku made a substitution. Isidoro Manilan replaced Amadeo Pudes. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriano Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Öllsjö FC's Klas Fransson got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zecku eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
