Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ornopata's Joaquin Loredo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Nemanja Vidić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Mor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Facundo Altamirano stood somewhat misplaced when Marco Pro came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 5 minute. Maravilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulus Van Poucke in the 15th minute. Paulus Van Poucke made a great header on Maravilla's corner, it was just that Ornopata's Rubio Mor managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Credo in the 18th minute of play forced Ornopata's goalkeeper Rubio Mor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Maravilla were awarded a corner. Paulus Van Poucke went to the cornerflag to take it. Paulus Van Poucke struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Rubio Mor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maravilla. Rubio Mor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cruz Credo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Pipo Inzaghi came free, but Facundo Altamirano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rubio Mor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cruz Credo went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Pipo Inzaghi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Maravilla booed when Ornopata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Aguiriano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cruz Credo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Cruz Credo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Pipo Inzaghi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Facundo Altamirano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ornopata getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Pipo Inzaghi hit a great ball. Facundo Altamirano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Loredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nemanja Vidić's late challenge caught a Ornopata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemanja Vidić helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Nemanja Vidić got a free kick in the 64th minute. Pipo Inzaghi took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Facundo Altamirano. Facundo Altamirano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Joaquin Loredo scored 3-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Facundo Altamirano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Wiktor Björnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ornopata getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Wiktor Björnsson hit a great ball. Rubio Mor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cruz Credo in the 79th minute of play. Maravilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulus Van Poucke in the 93rd minute. The corner led Maravilla's Paulus Van Poucke to fire away a dangerous shot which Rubio Mor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Wiktor Björnsson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ornopata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Björnsson couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ornopata had won after a very even match.
