Aivils Burss charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aivils Burss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Nereta's Aivils Burss got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Pipo Inzaghi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Pro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC Nereta's Mareks Blumbergs in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Wiktor Björnsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 29th playminute. 31 minutes into the game, Ornopata's Pipo Inzaghi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Izidors Boldāns made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Izidors Boldāns was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pipo Inzaghi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. Pipo Inzaghi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Izidors Boldāns came out and tried to block the shot, but Pipo Inzaghi slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 40th minute. FC Nereta's Izidors Boldāns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Loredo in the 43rd minute of play. Ornopata's Marco Pro got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimonds Vitals during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Nereta getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Raimonds Vitals hit a great ball. Ricart Iturburu struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Izidors Boldāns didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ornopata. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

After 53 played minutes FC Nereta got a freekick which was hit by Ēriks Mincis. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pipo Inzaghi in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Izidors Boldāns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the match, FC Nereta's goal looked a bit too open when Pipo Inzaghi came free, but Izidors Boldāns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mareks Blumbergs came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the FC Nereta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mareks Blumbergs couldn't finish the play. Ornopata's Romero Ayerza was substituted for Ricart Iturburu. Antons Pētersons's late challenge caught a Ornopata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antons Pētersons helped the player get up and apologised. Mauro Vallines was slow to take the kick. During this time Ornopata's players had a chance to rest. Marco Pro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Izidors Boldāns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Loredo in the 89th minute of play. FC Nereta's Izidors Boldāns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pipo Inzaghi in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Marco Pro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Izidors Boldāns was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Wiktor Björnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Izidors Boldāns having to make a save. After some careless play in the FC Nereta defense, Marco Pro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Izidors Boldāns. The FC Nereta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Izidors Boldāns should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Ornopata were the better team. Ornopata's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
