The audience was convinced that Brian May's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergey Sabadash was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnabás Selymes in the 10th minute of play forced Geo-Winner's goalkeeper Sergey Sabadash to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cesar Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geo-Winner's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Rioja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azam Sum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geo-Winner's Sergey Sabadash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnabás Selymes in the 19th minute of play. Moodys IF's Azam Sum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Moodys IF from getting a goal against them. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Rioja made a kick off. Sergey Sabadash was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kjell-Arne Åberg. 67 minutes into the match, Geo-Winner's Cesar Rioja sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Azam Sum narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Azam Sum came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Geo-Winner's Cesar Rioja. But to his dismay, Cesar Rioja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 71stth minute of the game Cesar Rioja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moodys IF's Azam Sum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesar Rioja in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azam Sum prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sergey Sabadash made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Kjell-Arne Åberg sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Cesar Rioja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geo-Winner's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Rioja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azam Sum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
