In the 60th minute Alex Macedo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 61 minutes into the game, Klement Wallach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Korona Kielce the free kick. Korona Kielce's Roberto Firmino was substituted for Gabi Martinelli. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arsenal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! In the 96th minute Agostinho Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Taevere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korona Kielce's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
