In the 3rd minute, ForestFire's Kraig Gates seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kraig Gates the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ForestFire protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kraig Gates had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 2 minutes into the game, one of ForestFire:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. ForestFire:s Wes Gillespie showed great skill when he stopped Venko Devenski:s penalty. After 4 minutes of play, FC LEVSKI ОК's Venko Devenski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wes Gillespie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorel Călin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milo Blanco in the 10th minute of the match. Franklin Potts kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Hal Bonilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14thth minute of the game Venko Devenski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ForestFire's Wes Gillespie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC LEVSKI ОК's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Rea in the 15th minute. Chris Rea made a great header on FC LEVSKI ОК's corner, it was just that ForestFire's Wes Gillespie managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stavri Drakev in the 26th minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Wes Gillespie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 minutes of play, ForestFire's Milo Blanco made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorel Călin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wes Gillespie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stavri Drakev, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Milo Blanco made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, FC LEVSKI ОК's Chris Rea made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wes Gillespie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wes Gillespie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peycho Zheynov in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Venko Devenski notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of ForestFire's Wes Gillespie. Wes Gillespie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ForestFire's Wes Gillespie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stavri Drakev in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Venko Devenski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wes Gillespie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wes Gillespie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peycho Zheynov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ForestFire's Wes Gillespie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stavri Drakev in the 62nd minute of play. Wes Gillespie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peycho Zheynov in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute Chris Rea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wes Gillespie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorel Călin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milo Blanco in the 77th minute. Wes Gillespie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stavri Drakev in the 80th minute of play. Wes Gillespie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanislav Nedevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 90 minutes into the game, FC LEVSKI ОК's Stavri Drakev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wes Gillespie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2.
