Potentia's goalkeeper Naci Ünüvar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Geert Wilder came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the AVV Zeeburgia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geert Wilder couldn't finish the play. Naci Ünüvar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Servet Akburç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berend Schalken in the 28th minute of play forced AVV Zeeburgia's goalkeeper Aílton Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kurt Kort fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Potentia's protests and gave Kurt Kort a yellow card for diving instead. Naci Ünüvar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xiao Chang Chao in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, S.C. Potentia's Berend Schalken got a free kick in the 34th minute. Servet Akburç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naci Ünüvar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephan Stout in the 43rd minute of play forced S.C. Potentia's goalkeeper Naci Ünüvar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Lu Feng Fan from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Naci Ünüvar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Servet Akburç made the kick off in the second half. S.C. Potentia's Naci Ünüvar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Servet Akburç in the 51st minute of play. Naci Ünüvar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Servet Akburç in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Servet Akburç in the 52nd minute of play forced S.C. Potentia's goalkeeper Naci Ünüvar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led AVV Zeeburgia's Stephan Stout to fire away a dangerous shot which Naci Ünüvar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lu Feng Fan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AVV Zeeburgia had played much better football throughout.
