In the 8th minute Jair Reinoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Sbârcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Sbârcea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Helmut Gutiérrez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, David Armada notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza. Luis Galarza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Orihuela Club de Fútbol fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Vladimiro Figueira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 23 minutes into the match, Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Jair Reinoso came free, but Daniel Sbârcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Recep Guftar struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Daniel Sbârcea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalatakaya F.C.. Daniel Sbârcea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Recep Guftar, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Daniel Sbârcea came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Kalatakaya F.C.'s Recep Guftar. But to his dismay, Recep Guftar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Daniel Sbârcea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jair Reinoso in the 43rd minute of play. Kalatakaya F.C. were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eriberto Marques took the corner. In the 44th minute, Jair Reinoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Kalatakaya F.C.'s Moises Kelemen was substituted for Antonello Da Messina. Benito Lluterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Benito Lluterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Sbârcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Kalatakaya F.C. booed when Orihuela Club de Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolás Grau didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Orihuela Club de Fútbol defense, Aaron Gauargi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Sbârcea. The Orihuela Club de Fútbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Sbârcea should have stopped the shot. Kalatakaya F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
