Fusk&Bygg AB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GD Almargense the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Fusk&Bygg AB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Smed to maneuver through the defense. Ralf Sundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claudemiro Tristão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Sundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fusk&Bygg AB's Patrik Blanck quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Benjamin Šeško, made in the 19th minute of the game. Claudemiro Tristão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ralf Sundin's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Ralf Sundin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudemiro Tristão having to make a save. Claudemiro Tristão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Sundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goalkeeper Su Premetis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Eiró. In the 30th minute, one of GD Almargense:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GD Almargense. 0-1 came in the 31st minute when Guido Golang all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Claudemiro Tristão. 36 minutes into the match, Benedito Rebelo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Su Premetis, 1-1. Idalécio Veloso charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Idalécio Veloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, GD Almargense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Idalécio Veloso to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Eanes charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Eanes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Alexandre Eanes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute Benedito Rebelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Premetis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fusk&Bygg AB's Su Premetis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Rebelo in the 52nd minute of play. Claudemiro Tristão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Sundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GD Almargense made a substitution. A beautiful save bye Fusk&Bygg AB's goalie prevented a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Arne Broman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudemiro Tristão. GD Almargense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Broman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Idalécio Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes GD Almargense got a freekick which was hit by Idalécio Veloso. After some careless play in the Fusk&Bygg AB defense, Zarco Patrício kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Su Premetis. The Fusk&Bygg AB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Su Premetis should have stopped the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fusk&Bygg AB walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
