Olli Fiedler ran back to his position shaking his head. A sloppy throw-in by Bruno Faccio in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sportivo Luan Toro's Zuri Castillejo. The throw-in from Marcial Iigo in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.C. Patagonia's Demy Vennegoor. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Luan Toro from getting a goal against them. Dariusz Wos struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Robert Davison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Patagonia. Dariusz Wos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Davison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. The corner ended in Rui Costa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison did a great save. Marcial Iigo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Costa came free, but Robert Davison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dariusz Wos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robert Davison. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. In the 36thth minute of the game Dariusz Wos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximino Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jo Barone in the 38th minute of play. Demy Vennegoor made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dariusz Wos immediately put the ball in play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Wos in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Davison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramiro Eufrasio kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Maximino Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuri Castillejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute Aldo Di Carlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Davison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Di Carlo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 96 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Lore. There was no doubt that A.C. Patagonia were the better team. A.C. Patagonia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
