When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Tavio made a kick off. Vinicio Luzaide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulgencio Oliverios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Matos in the 68th minute. But to his dismay, Pastor Sagrario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Elite Azulgrana's Aureliano Loramendi in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting Club Victoria's goalie prevented a goal. Fulgencio Oliverios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Loramendi in the 77th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Matos got free with Fulgencio Oliverios in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximo Muc hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Mauro Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sporting Club Victoria's Fulgencio Oliverios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Club Victoria from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Elite Azulgrana left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sporting Club Victoria.
