The supporters of Aioros FC booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Mantzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilbert Alströmmer hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, Aioros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán came free, but Beat Vid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán in the 33rd minute of play forced Aioros FC's goalkeeper Beat Vid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Amboy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán couldn't finish the play. Ariel Mourelatos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bento Chandeiro went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán got free with Beat Vid in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bento Chandeiro in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Mourelatos saved Amboy FC from getting behind. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Atilano Mantzio hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Aioros FC's Domingo Perón tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Aioros FC's Beat Vid. Beat Vid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Amboy FC defense, Bento Chandeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ariel Mourelatos. The Amboy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariel Mourelatos should have stopped the shot. Amboy FC's Loco Loco was substituted for Black Dragon. The supporters of Aioros FC booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sture Raknes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Sture Raknes hit a great ball. Aioros FC's Feo Cadorniga got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Chandeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aioros FC's Bento Chandeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Mantzio. Bento Chandeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ariel Mourelatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Chandeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Aioros FC's Beat Vid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Rodriguez in the 88th minute of play. The Amboy FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Aioros FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Aioros FC.
