Firmin Négrel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Villamarin in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmin Négrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, Tanek Walczyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dawid Ratulowski. Red Reign's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tanek Walczyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximo Villamarin got free with Firmin Négrel in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red Reign's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Éluard Plantade was slow to take the kick. During this time ANAHA FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Éluard Plantade almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Red Reign's Dawid Ratulowski did a great save. 30 minutes into the match, Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Firmin Négrel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Villamarin in the 35th minute of play forced ANAHA FC's goalkeeper Firmin Négrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Red Reign's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xavion Sorriva in the 36th minute. The corner led Red Reign's Xavion Sorriva to fire away a dangerous shot which Firmin Négrel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 40th minute, Maximo Villamarin made a precise shot to the right of Firmin Négrel. ANAHA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Dawid Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Ibañez in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Maximo Villamarin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Reign fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Ibañez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, ANAHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Villamarin came free, but Firmin Négrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Maximo Villamarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Firmin Négrel. The audience was convinced that Maximo Villamarin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Firmin Négrel was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Red Reign were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ANAHA FC for a fine match.
