The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Del Piero got free with Güray Orcan in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute, Arman Ersan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If James Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güray Orcan made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Alessandro Del Piero sent off a good shot on target. Glenn Fyfe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Hautot in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Jonas Hautot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Glenn Fyfe. A4p FC Gad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Hautot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Hautot in the 40th minute of play. After 42 played minutes A4p FC Gad got a freekick which was hit by 邱振广. Jonas Hautot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Glenn Fyfe having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Güray Orcan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Hautot made a kick off.
