Gustaw Erland ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Bernardo Mazzola made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Gustaw Erland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Aroosos's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaw Erland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustaw Erland took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 32 minutes into the match, Gustaw Erland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaw Erland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 36 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's Gustaw Erland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Agustín Saelices fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bernardo Mazzola, passed just outside the right post. Szczepan Gdowik hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goalkeeper Bernardo Mazzola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Borys Rzentkowski made a kick off. When Borys Rzentkowski came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Fc Aroosos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Rzentkowski couldn't finish the play. After 57 minutes of play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Mazzola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Primitivo Andino made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fc Aroosos's Alfred Perkowski. 63 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Bernardo Mazzola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Cristian Sancho sped through Fc Aroosos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernardo Mazzola. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Rzentkowski in the 71st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fc Aroosos's Co Sanders got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Fc Aroosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filippos Drakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Bernardo Mazzola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Bernardo Mazzola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Borys Rzentkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Bernardo Mazzola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Mazzola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Aroosos the free kick. In the 97th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
