Azli Lam charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Azli Lam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Maylandseasky getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Azli Lam hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Pardo got free with Hafriz Seah in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jaime Pardo charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Pardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Jaime Pardo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Maylandseasky's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jaime Pardo 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Hafriz Seah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Pardo's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Azli Lam hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Lucrețiu Giosu put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great ball. Hector Covarrubias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Hafriz Seah skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Hafriz Seah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Giosu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hafriz Seah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 41st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sajeev Kool during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Hector Covarrubias hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match, Lucrețiu Giosu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacobo Nores was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 60 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Maylandseasky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Teo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Primitivo Escribano hit a great ball. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hafriz Seah having to interfere. Sajeev Kool kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Hafriz Seah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Covarrubias, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucrețiu Giosu during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute, Lucrețiu Giosu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82ndth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maylandseasky's Hafriz Seah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hafriz Seah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Pardo in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hafriz Seah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hafriz Seah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaime Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Primitivo Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paraguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hafriz Seah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chants of Maylandseasky echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Paraguay had held the ball for most of the match.
