Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Guttane's Christer Fiskvik started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bjørnar Kaasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the game, Christer Fiskvik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Bjørnar Kaasa in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guttane's Bjørnar Kaasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 13th minute of play. The throw-in from Jose Carita in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Guttane's Cornelius Nilssen. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Fiskvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Bjørnar Kaasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Alguacil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bjørnar Kaasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bjørnar Kaasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Fiskvik in the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 35th minute. Sebastian Ranheim took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Cotilla. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Christer Fiskvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Ranheim struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guttane. After the first half Guttane were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Guttane's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Bjørnar Kaasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Isidoro Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bjørnar Kaasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christer Fiskvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Bjørnar Kaasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 63rd minute of the match. Bjørnar Kaasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 68th minute of play.
