Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicolaas Anelka in the 62 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Pihl United's zone, Kevin Mastache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gottfrid Haström came out of the goal and Kevin Mastache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gottfrid Haström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Gottfrid Haström in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. In the 89th minute Tommy Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Abram Secada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gottfrid Haström. Abram Secada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Gottfrid Haström in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Santino Seco hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
