Ahmet Korkut Zühtü hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. 47 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave İdmanocağı FK the free kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Daniel Zorita hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. The supporters of İdmanocağı FK booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball.
