In the 91st minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tõnu Ainola saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Thor Hammer got a throw-in 95 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Edwin Västberg.
