When Camilo Gaos fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Camilo Gaos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jordbro FF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Alvin Caspersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Jordbro FF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enzo Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Jordbro FF got a freekick which was hit by Harry Morat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 17th minute of play forced Jordbro FF's goalkeeper Enzo Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jordbro FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in Jordbro FF's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Tadzio came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Jonatan Hurtig recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonatan Hurtig showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 28th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mazhar Tengiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Mazhar Tengiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 38th minute of play forced Jordbro FF's goalkeeper Enzo Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Jonatan Hurtig took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. If Mazhar Tengiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mazhar Tengiz came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harry Morat was slow to take the kick. During this time Jordbro FF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Jordbro FF's Harry Morat to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Jordbro FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. The corner ended in Jonathan Venegas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jordbro FF's Enzo Tadzio did a great save. Jordbro FF's Enzo Tadzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Patricio Costa made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Tadzio. Jordbro FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Tadzio having to interfere. Jordbro FF's Nicklas Björkdal was substituted for Harry Morat. In the 69th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazhar Tengiz in the 76th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordbro FF's Jonatan Hurtig got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Tadzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Jordbro FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. When Mazhar Tengiz came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Jordbro FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazhar Tengiz couldn't finish the play.
