If Kyle Davies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. In the 78th minute, Troy Kennedy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miromir Polakowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanley Wallace got free with Miromir Polakowski in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, Curacao's Kyle Davies ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Miromir Polakowski. Miromir Polakowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-4. In the 87th minute, Curacao's Kyle Davies dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-5. When Marian Marciewicz came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Tylko Widzew RTS !!! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Marciewicz couldn't finish the play. During the 96th minute of the match Rocco Owen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rocco Owen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Tylko Widzew RTS !!! booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocco Owen didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Curacao players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
