After 4 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Tafalla. Syahrul Pattinasarani kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Jakarta Wolf SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Facundo Cadaval struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ayat Sungkawa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After having played for 18 minutes, Wiliam Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jakarta Wolf SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiliam Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malam Senin during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Syahrul Pattinasarani came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Jakarta Wolf SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Syahrul Pattinasarani couldn't finish the play. Ayat Sungkawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Wiliam Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Syahrul Pattinasarani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayat Sungkawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Facundo Cadaval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ayat Sungkawa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Jakarta Wolf SC's Wiliam Porto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ayat Sungkawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Wiliam Porto made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 51st minute of play forced Jakarta Wolf SC's goalkeeper Ayat Sungkawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Jakarta Wolf SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Alberto Tafalla made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Jakarta Wolf SC's Ayat Sungkawa managed to reach the ball for a save. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayat Sungkawa having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayat Sungkawa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ayat Sungkawa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 70th minute of play. Ayat Sungkawa made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Ayat Sungkawa in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Syahrul Pattinasarani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayat Sungkawa having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ayat Sungkawa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ayat Sungkawa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Facundo Cadaval took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Ayat Sungkawa to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Jakarta Wolf SC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Mancebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wiliam Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayat Sungkawa made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
