Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Oldenborger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gerard Lever came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the MK Investments fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerard Lever couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when MK Investments's Waclaw Poremba shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 26 minutes of play, MK Investments's Pascal Bults made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 28 minutes, Patricio Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the MK Investments players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Oldenborger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MK Investments the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenik Hoffhuis in the 33rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peter Oldenborger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Rensenbrink in the 41st minute of the match.

The wind increased when Pascal Bults made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, MK Investments's Domenik Hoffhuis got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Gerard Lever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 69th minute, Patricio Costa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Peter Oldenborger, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, MK Investments's Jorn Pilage got a free kick in the 79th minute. Jimmie Cai's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmie Cai helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st match minute, MK Investments was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmie Cai to maneuver through the defense. Waclaw Poremba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waclaw Poremba in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 94th minute. Jim Rensenbrink was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the MK Investments players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
