Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Ivan Kulekov's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Kulekov helped the player get up and apologised. 4 minutes into the match, Rusi Kerenski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. After 7 minutes of play, ПФК Миньор Раднево's Rusi Kerenski made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 10 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after ПФК Миньор Раднево's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Salvador Gisbert was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. ПФК Миньор Раднево's Ivo Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 21st minute of play. ПФК Миньор Раднево's Ottó Csizmadia was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 26th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ivo Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 35th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ottó Csizmadia in the 39th minute of play. Ottó Csizmadia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ПФК Миньор Раднево's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivo Faria came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 52nd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Ivo Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Ivo Faria made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Yasen Ormandzhiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ottó Csizmadia came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ottó Csizmadia in the 63rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zanko Yochkolovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ottó Csizmadia scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ПФК Миньор Раднево made a substitution. Nayden Statkov replaced Daniel Shestakov. When Nesho Malinchev fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ПФК Миньор Раднево's protests and gave Nesho Malinchev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Nesho Malinchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rusi Kerenski in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 74th minute Ottó Csizmadia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ottó Csizmadia came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ottó Csizmadia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of ПФК Миньор Раднево booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Ottó Csizmadia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Ottó Csizmadia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ПФК Миньор Раднево.
