Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zebastian Lindman made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Zebastian Lindman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Zebastian Lindman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guldsmedshyttan IK's attentive Aleksander Käller managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Leoz made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. Dante Lacasa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Magne Ahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Guldsmedshyttan IK's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Magne Ahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes Guldsmedshyttan IK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Zebastian Lindman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magne Ahlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Felix Luque might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Magne Ahlberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Luque ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 41st minute, Leonardo Leoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zebastian Lindman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Guldsmedshyttan IK got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Käller. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Ahlberg having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Zebastian Lindman made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 57th minute, Leonardo Leoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, Guldsmedshyttan IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Forssell to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Leonardo Leoz made in the 70th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Guldsmedshyttan IK's Aleksander Käller. Facundo Cadaval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Magne Ahlberg made a huge save. The throw-in from Leonardo Leoz in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Guldsmedshyttan IK's Aleksander Käller. Måns Hägglund might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Måns Hägglund ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Hägglund in the 80th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when Guldsmedshyttan IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksander Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Måns Hägglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Måns Hägglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Alberto Tafallas short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Magne Ahlberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Guldsmedshyttan IK's zone, Alberto Tafalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Ahlberg came out of the goal and Alberto Tafalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mexico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
