Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xaverius Xavier. In the 6th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Lineker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Hockley AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 11th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Lineker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fred Lineker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fred Lineker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 34th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Fred Lineker. Hockley AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Blair Hedges kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Lineker having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jason Seagrave made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Hockley AFC's Xaverius Xavier got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 51st minute, Oliver Watson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Lineker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fred Lineker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blair Hedges during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Jason Seagrave's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Joseph Hubbard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Hubbard in the 70th minute of the match. Fred Lineker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jason Seagrave, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fred Lineker, 0-4. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jason Seagrave in the 88th minute of play. David Ashby hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Fred Lineker made a huge save. Jason Seagrave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hockley AFC.
