When Edmundo Espiga fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Edmundo Espiga a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ☆冰谷☆〓嗜血〓双龙戏珠's Fausto Aztore sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute of the match, Sebastian Villa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Baptiste Marie-Joseph was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. 75 minutes into the match, Salih Asalet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salih Asalet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salih Asalet in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salih Asalet in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match ☆冰谷☆〓嗜血〓双龙戏珠 got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ryszard Sebzda ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. Salih Asalet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Salih Asalet succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-1. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Salih Asalet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Salih Asalet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
