In the 21st match minute, 1461 Trabzon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yao Tian Ran to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Luz Tejedor in the 23rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ender Tanacan's left hand side. 1461 Trabzon's Ender Tanacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play. 1461 Trabzon's Bahattin Gültekin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alonso Berganza, made in the 30th minute of the game. In the 34th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ender Tanacan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1461 Trabzon's Ender Tanacan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 44th minute of play forced 1461 Trabzon's goalkeeper Ender Tanacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ender Tanacan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateusz Matusiak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ender Tanacan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 54th minute of play. With a little luck, 1461 Trabzon's Ender Tanacan got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Eliseo Mina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ender Tanacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yao Tian Ran hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Hao Xu, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 76th minute of play forced 1461 Trabzon's goalkeeper Ender Tanacan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, 1461 Trabzon's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Ender Tanacan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, 1461 Trabzon's goalkeeper Ender Tanacan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Prats. In the 92nd minute, Peru's Rafael Gallo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ender Tanacan. Ender Tanacan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than 1461 Trabzon throughout the match.
