Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. When Juniors FC's Uriel Isias in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Uriel Isias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Uriel Isias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 17 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Juniors FC's Uriel Isias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Uriel Isias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Uriel Isias really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 44 minutes into the game, Eduard Isac was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juniors FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 46th minute, Juniors FC's Uriel Isias dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Uriel Isias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. 80 minutes into the game, Enrique Frasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Frasco in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Frasco came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Frasco might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Frasco ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Enrique Frasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juniors FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Frasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
